Why does it take up to 8 weeks for my order to arrive?
All products in our store are custom made to order; we do not hold any stock. It takes time to fulfil the order because everything is made from scratch. It is on of the main reasons why our products are much more affordable than competitors. Additionally, shipping is also a factor, as depending where you live can result in longer or shorter waiting times. Thank you for your patience.

Are your products good quality?
We are using the same suppliers, equipment, materials and factories as all the other brands, so yes our products are up to standard. We boast that our wheels are 100% forged aluminium, as well as being CE and DOT certified. Our exhausts are CE certified as well.

What does the strikethrough price mean?
The strikethrough price (the one that has been crossed out) is there to indicate how much the product usually sells/ is sold by other companies. It is there to indicate how well our pricing truly is.

Are you trustworthy?
As a customer I understand that purchasing from a new and small company might be risky, but here at Meowl Automotive the team wants to make you feel welcome and not worried about purchasing from us. For example, if there is any defect on arrival of the product you can return it and we will refund all of your money. Additionally we offer many different payments options, not just credit/ debit card to make it easier and safer for the buyer to do business with us.

Are your exhausts legal?
It depends on the law where you live. You must check if your country or state has a law against how loud the vehicle can be or an emissions law. All of our exhausts do increase the sound of the vehicle and any exhaust with a decat downpipe will increase the emissions of the vehicle, however valved exhaust systems can be made quitter/ louder on the opening/ closing of the valves in the exhaust.

Why won't you accept returns after a set amount of time?
When it comes to automotive products, any damage caused to said product might come from the usage of the product, for example a wheel might crack due to careless driving or a crack in a weld of an exhaust due to a "pop and bang" remap. Therefore our return policy is that there must be a defect in the product within the set amount of time of arrival to submit a return, alongside evidence.
